The party system, like many people have said, is hard to get used to. Other than that, seems like a great game so far.

The game needs more background stage variation to spice up the atmosphere. The methods of unlocking these could be anything possible to the player. Overall, its a great game. Dont know how others are having a bad time with the gameplay.
Needs to be a bit more forgiving with the timing. How about a difficulty scale so it can be a bit more enjoyable for us noobs? Otherwise a solid 4.5 game.
Combo Queen is addictive and fun when you are "in the zone", but has the potential to frustrate if you slip up - and you will slip up. With a leveling system, it is worth playing over and over. Unfortunately, Combo Queen has a habit of backing me out to the iOS main screen; this usually happens when starting a game. Please fix this and I will give it the 5-star rating that it deserves.
addicted to it!
Was aight
Gorgeous pixelated graphics. Satisfying sound effects. Great soundtrack. Hard as balls from the start, the window of time for the taps is incredibly short. Provides a decent amount of fun for the price. Definitely for fans of pixel art and chiptune.
i dont see why people say its so hard, i could recommend it to anyone and its pretty fun leveling up and getting new stuff its really worth the price
Fun and addictive. Update fixed the scaling problems. Game is still very difficult and at level 18 I still cant beat the first stage, but for some reason Im hooked. Fun pixelated graphics, great sound. Wish there were more unlockables. Bug not allowing me to purchase Golden Tom axes, also, when you kill a brown level giant he does one final glitchy sounding attack before he drops. Not sure if thats intended but it kills me a lot. Also not enough stuff to spend the huge amounts of money on. I have like 40k gems.
This game is awesome and i love it but after every stage if press next or replay it crashes its getting annoying Please fix Btw on ipod touch 5
Seriously, I wish I could get a refund. I can overlook the challenge and MAYBE get into this game if it WOULD STOP CRASHING EVERY 5 MINUTES. Start game? Crash. Try to skip opening? Crash. Try to retry? BLOODY CRASHES.
The idea is simple, but the game itself is addictive and fun. Very challenging as well. In this regards it reminds me of old school arcades that had a simple premise and gameplay but where challenging and kept you playing. If you die too fast you feel compelled to try again, have a good run, you want to do it again. This recent update has added some features I thought would help but did not get around to recommending. Now I just need to get better at the 6 chain combo I finally unlocked. UPDATE: My one biggest "complaint" is how often the thing crashes. Its really annoying when after a long run the results page pops up with a flashing button and when I press it the game just crashes losing all the money and experience I just gained because I wondered why a button was flashing.
Thanks for finally fixing the bugs on this!! Hoping and waiting for when more stuff is added on...
I did not like this game initially, however, after playing it more, I appreciate the nuances of the combat system and the artistic style. It is simply fun and I highly recommend it!
This game has only a basic touch to this but it is an extremely fun game.
Not much to it but enough to keep you playing over and over.
To hard too fast and crashed a lot. I found the game to spike in difficultly far to quickly and with no way to revert and train up on lower level foes. The game went far to quickly from a fun challenge to a miserable slog combined with frequent crashes. I love the concept but not the implementation.
So fun and wonderful
Fun game, once you get the timing gets even better.
With the retro look thats really in right now and a simple to learn, but hard to master controls, this game has a lot of potential, PLEASE UPDATE!!! This is a really good take on a hybrid, and can definitely have room to grow.
