Too hard too soon

Im just a beginner and the learning curve is very harsh. So far I have been able to get past the first large "black knight" type guy after SEVERAL attempts. Jesus give us a lil slack here!! I mean we are paying you for this. It could at least be fun for casual players as well.

UPDATE: Wow since writing the review the game has actually somehow managed to get excessively harder. Im having trouble getting past the first couple of enemies. They used to only take a hit or two, now its several and the timing is not accurate and if you miss, there doesnt seem to be a way to defend in time no matter what. Anyone that can program can make an impossible game, youre not a genius...youre not special. I have lowered my rating from 2 stars to 1...FIX THIS!
